For the past five years, he has served as the Managing Director of three prominent companies: Hospmen, Yarra Hotel Group, and Care Corp Communities, all headquartered in Melbourne. Under his leadership, these organizations have pursued their visionary goals, while Norman has also played a pivotal role in assisting numerous hotel developers from both local and Asian markets in bringing their visions to fruition. Currently, he is actively engaged in the design and oversight of the construction of over a thousand rooms.

Norman Khan is not only a visionary leader but also the founder and owner of the three cutting-edge hotel software solutions: eCompendium, MuMR, and OrangePass. These software platforms directly contribute to helping hotel owners and operators maximize their profits and operational efficiency.

With more than fifty staff members under his guidance, Norman’s contributions to the hospitality industry in Australia have left a lasting impact, and his experience spans over 25 years in hotel management. With a solid academic foundation in Hospitality Administration and extensive hands-on experience, Norman Khan is a trusted and influential figure in the field.

Directly helping hotel owners and operators maximize profits as well as the efficiency, Norman’s contributions in the hospitality industry of Australia go a long way. He has also worked with Hyatt Hotels for over a decade.

Norman academic credentials in Hospitality Administration certainly provided the foundation upon which an experience stretching over 25 years in hotel management added to his expertise. He established 3 tech-based enterprises to facilitate the processes in hotels across the country.
